The ICDES favours social dialogue between stakeholders from civil society, public authorities, workers’ representatives and entrepreneurs, in order to reach sustainable development.
Social responsibility : It is the fact for a firm to take on responsibilities with regard to its employees, consumers, investors, shareholders and public opinion in general.
Therefore, these responsibilities are taken on inside the firm (in-house training, social dialogue, employees’ rights, etc.) as well as outside the firm (human rights, ethical trade, sustainable development, impacts on health and environment, etc.).
